This is my first piece in the “Women From the Garden” series. I wanted to depict a woman unapologetically craving intimacy and physical touch without judgment. SZA was my reference for this piece. I listened to “Anything” from #CTRL on repeat while I was painting her. Whether she’s fighting temptation or praying to find love depends on what you’ve experienced and what you see.
Materials: Acrylic Paint, Artificial Flowers, Honesty, and Desire.
