Covid was one of the most unexpected and tragic global events that shut down the world. People were dying, we were mandated to stay inside from an airborne virus, and people were rioting for George Floyd's murder…but that was one of the most peaceful times of my life. Painting inside all day. This painting was a representation of waiting for the world.
